   Home sites at the Rio grande Club are as varied as the changes in elevation on the mountain course. Glades of aspen and ponderosa pine surround the upper fairways where sweeping views of the San juan mountains and Continental Divide fill the horizon.  With a vertical drop of nearly 1000 feet down to the river, natural changes in the terrain challenge players of all abilities.  The clubhouse offers a host of amenities, including a restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts, and an outdoor swimming pool.

The Rio Grande River provides a welcome diversion for golfers and fisherman alike.  Great care was taken to preserve large stretches of the river, with the majority of the community dedicated to open space.  On a private section of the river, the Rio Grande Fishing Lodge offers members access to gold medal fishing and a comfortable spot to swap fishing stories and relax.

   Home sites range from 1/4 acre to over 4 acres golf course properties with underground utilities and central water provided.  Community resources are located in the town of South Fork, Colorado
